We are merging Brow Envy West Chester into our Brow Envy Cincinnati location effective immediately.
We are really excited to announce that we are moving out of the Brow Envy West Chester studio at Liberty Center Mall and into our original Brow Envy Cincinnati studio in historic Glendale. We have been in that location for 7 years now and we have expanded to add new stations!
Nothing else is changing for our West Chester team. Nicole, Krystal and Amber will still be providing the same services in the same way - just at the Cincinnati studio.
This is so amazing for both our artists and our clients, because this is going to allow all our Cincinnati artists to be under one roof.
This location is staffed at the front desk Monday through Friday, which means we can serve our West Chester clients much better now.
Having all of our artists in Cincinnati together allows for a more fun environment for clients, and it allows our founder and CEO Amber to provide even better artist support and ongoing development.
Also, this allows us to invest into the future of our artists in terms of training and bringing new skills into the salon.
We totally understand that some of our West Chester clients may have some concerns about coming to a new location - but trust us when we say, we think you will like this better. There is plenty of free parking in the square and the surrounding streets. And it's only about a 10 minute drive down I-75 from Liberty Center.
