Historically, we have taught new artists with Microblading first as a fundamental class. Students have had the opportunity to learn Powder Brows and Combination Brows in a one day advanced class after completing fundamental training.
While we have loved teaching hundreds and hundreds of in-person students in this format, we are on a constant quest for improving our industry and providing the absolute BEST training on the market that meets the needs of all students AND their potential clients.
Over the years, we have met many students who want to start in the industry learning machine work, and not Microblading. Some already know how to perform machine work, but need a refresher and want to add Combination Brows. By teaching all three of these techniques with our proven training methods, from the basics, we have found that we can serve all students!
Perhaps just as important as providing a class that teaches students the skills they need, is providing training on skills that are high in consumer demand. While years ago customers were primarily wanting Microblading only, many clients now want or need techniques that provide even more coverage and staying power. It's important that students do not have to turn customers away due to not being trained in any one particular brow technique.
Not all clients will be a candidate for Microblading. Some clients will need a combination of Microblading and Powder Brows to achieve the look or staying power they want.
Students who complete this class will be able to do it all.

Why does having an amazing machine matter?
By including the machine in the class, we make sure students have a safe, high quality machine that is built to LAST. This machine can be used for all sorts of PMU, such as Eyeliner, Scalp Micropigmentation, and Lip Blush. Many trainings include a machine, but often times the machine allows back flow of bodily fluids into the machine, which is unsafe. Further, the quality is often lacking and forces artists to develop bad technique habits. Finally, many poor quality machines limit an artist in terms of techniques and styles they can offer, because they offer little to no flexibility in cartridge. Because the XionS can accept universal cartridges, artists can use dozens of combos to customize all sorts of techniques?
Microblading, Powder Brows & Combo Brows Fundamental Permanent Makeup Course
Experience: None required - this is a fundamental permanent makeup course. The Business Of Brows Course is designed for brand new artists with zero background in permanent makeup. It is also recommended for students who have some experience with one or more of the skills but want to learn and improve more!

Brow Envy Academy teaches permanent makeup in our innovative Three Prong Teaching System:

Our training program begins long before you enter the Brow Envy Academy classroom.
All students begin receiving one on one training from our founder, Amber Harrison, remotely through our online pre-classroom work. Upon registering for the course, students will gain access to their self-paced pre-work. The course includes over 100 video and text modules, quizzes, and over a dozen practice assignments to prepare students for class. Amber reviews each assignment to provide individual feedback to students to ensure they are mastering all the concepts. As a result of this pre-classroom work, students can maximize their in-person learning time and really make the most of their investment.
The next phase is the 3 day in-person course, which features both classroom lecture and hands-on work. Lectures cover a host of topics, from business to technique. What makes our course even more unique is that we share our entire business system with our students - the same one that took our business from $0 and 0 clients to a 7 figure a year business! Paperwork, policies, marketing, social media training, and more - all included! Finally, each student will conclude class by doing their very own model, start to finish, with our guidance. We utilize an assistant Brow Envy trainer and 6 or fewer students per class to ensure each individual gets plenty of attention.
The final phase of your class is your post-class support, which is done in our private students online Facebook support group. Amber and our team of trainers and other students form a tightknit community of support for you to gain help in your business, techniques, and even just to vent! The group also serves as a library of hundreds of topics of information - simply use the search tool to search any topic and see tons of threads from other artists who have discussed the topic.
